What is the Hungarian Minor scale?

Hungarian minor is harmonic minor with a raised fourth. The result has two augmented seconds instead of one, which is where its strongly eastern European character comes from. It is also called the gypsy minor scale.

D♯ Hungarian Minor is a scale, not a key. It has no key signature of its own — music that uses it is normally written in the key signature of its parent scale, with any extra accidentals added as they occur.
